We are proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty on all our jewelry pieces — a promise rooted in craftsmanship, care, and the belief that what is made with intention should be able to last.
Our Lifetime Warranty lovingly covers:
⭐︎ Breakages or damage resulting from normal wear and everyday use
⭐︎ Repairs needed to restore your piece to its original form and function
⭐︎ All eligible repairs under this warranty are offered free of charge.
A Note on Crystals & Stones
Each crystal is chosen with care and intention. If a main crystal or stone is lost or missing, this falls outside the scope of our complimentary repairs.
However, we are always happy to restore your piece. In these cases:
⭐︎ A small fee will apply to cover the cost of replacing the stone only
⭐︎ No additional labour or repair fees will be charged
We will always communicate clearly with you before proceeding
While repairs are complimentary, we kindly ask that customers cover:
⭐︎ Shipping costs to send the item to us (if shipping is required)
⭐︎ Return shipping costs to have the repaired piece sent back to you
How to Access Your Warranty
You may choose the option that feels easiest for you:
1. Send Your Piece to Us
Carefully package your item and ship it to our headquarters in Limassol, Cyprus. Once it arrives, we will take care of the repair and arrange its return.
2. Visit Us in Person
You are welcome to drop off your piece:

⭐︎ Directly at our headquarters in Limassol, Cyprus
In-person drop-offs help you avoid shipping costs entirely.
What Is Not Covered
Our Lifetime Warranty does not extend to:
⭐︎ Clothing
⭐︎ Lost or stolen items
⭐︎ Intentional damage or misuse
⭐︎ Repairs or alterations carried out by a third party
